NIBC Bank provides construction financing for the West Tower of Nobu Residences Park Meadows by Breevast

NIBC Bank is pleased to announce the provision of construction financing to Breevast, for the development of the West Tower of Nobu Residences Park Meadows - a remarkable residential project in the prestigious Amsterdam South area, near Beatrix Park and the Zuidas. Nobu Residences Park Meadows consists of two high-end residential towers, East and West, offering a prime and exclusive location.

The Project

As the financing partner for the construction phase of the West Tower, NIBC Bank supports a development that will feature 72 luxurious apartments and 4 penthouses. These residences, which will be offered for sale during construction, encompass a gross floor space of 12,117 m² and a net floor space of 9,300 m², along with 73 dedicated parking spaces.

Residents will benefit from a wide range of top-tier amenities, including a restaurant, wellness center, co-working spaces, gym, swimming pool, and 24/7 security - setting a new benchmark for residential living in the Netherlands.
