Acquisition of NIBC by ABN AMRO completed

As of 1 August, the acquisition of NIBC by ABN AMRO has been successfully completed. Following the previous announcement on 12 November 2025, all necessary approvals and conditions have now been met. NIBC is now officially part of ABN AMRO.

By combining our well-recognised client proposition and specialist expertise with ABN AMRO’s scale and strength, we are able to strengthen our product offering and client services. 

For you as a client or business partner, nothing will change at this stage. Our services will remain as you are accustomed to. Should anything change in the future, then we will inform you in due time.
