Residential mortgage loans form a sizeable asset class in the Netherlands, with a total outstanding amount of roughly EUR 800bn. The Dutch mortgage market is highly regulated, characterized by standardized underwriting criteria and a good pay morale with strong historical performance.
We offer investors who are searching for a sound investment with an interest fixed period that can vary up to 30 years the possibility to tab in. This is done via what we call our Originate-to-Manage Platform (forward flow arrangements), where NIBC offers institutional investors the opportunity to invest in Dutch residential mortgages without having to deal with the operational hassle associated with the servicing of mortgages.
