NIBC Bank supports Panattoni with construction loan for logistics development in Kerkrade

NIBC Bank is pleased to announce the successful closing of Project Panattoni Kerkrade, providing a construction loan to support the development of a 35.500 m² logistics centre.

The warehouse will be highly sustainable (BREEAM-NL Excellent) and is expected to be leased during construction. Located in a strategic logistics hub, the project benefits from strong market fundamentals and the presence of leading developers and occupiers in the area, such as Prologis and Intospace.

This transaction marks another collaboration between NIBC Bank and Panattoni the Netherlands, following other successful logistic developments together. It underlines NIBC’s commitment to supporting experienced clients in the logistics sector with tailored financing solutions.
