NIBC Bank supports Vantage Data Centers with senior secured debt for greenfield developments in Frankfurt

NIBC Bank is pleased to announce its continued partnership with Vantage Data Centers by providing senior secured debt financing for two greenfield data center developments in Frankfurt.

Both transactions have been structured as Green Loans, aligning with Vantage’s broader sustainability goals and commitment to environmentally responsible development. This approach highlights both companies’ dedication to more sustainable digital infrastructure and reducing the carbon footprint of data center operations.

The longstanding collaboration between NIBC Bank and Vantage began five years ago with the successful financing of Vantage’s first greenfield campus in Berlin. Since then, NIBC has supported several key projects, contributing to the enhancement of efficient data center capacity in crucial European markets.
