First deals have been closed

NIBC has already completed its first digital infra lending transaction in Southern Europe. That is the closing of the participation in the financing of Adamo, the fastest growing fiber-to-the-home platform in Spain. This financing will drive the further expansion of Adamo’s fiber network.

NIBC acted as lead arranger in this transaction, which included a sustainability linked pricing element. It enables Adamo to further grow via organic network roll-out and network add-ons through mergers and acquisitions.

This financing makes high speed connections accessible for millions of households in rural Spain.
