NIBC and Investec Collaborate to Support APG and Scape’s Co-Living Project in Walthamstow
APG | Scape
We are excited to announce our collaboration with Investec for business (UK) in supporting the joint venture between APG and Scape with a £55 million loan for the development and stabilisation of a co-living scheme in Walthamstow, London!
This 321-bed project, set for completion in 2025, will include shared residential amenity spaces, a ground-floor public café, retail unit, and a purpose-built music and comedy venue. The scheme will launch under Scape’s Living brand Morro.
This innovative development aims to foster community living while providing modern conveniences and vibrant social spaces.
