NIBC Joins Precede and Nomura in £227m Financing of Downing Living's First Street Co-Living Development in Manchester

We are happy to join Precede Capital Partners and Nomura in the £227m development financing to Downing for the construction of First Street, a premium co-living development in Manchester.
The scheme will include 1,790 homes that are targeted for new graduates and young professionals.
We are proud to contribute to the development of these much-needed homes and support Downing Living in their sustainability ambitions as the development will have air source heat pumps, EV charging points and rooftop solar PV provision.
