We are delighted to join Precede Capital Partners and Nomura in the development financing of Moda Living’s Great Charles Street Build to Rent development in Birmingham.
The development will comprise 722 homes accompanied by an array of amenities including a gym, rooftop terrace, cinema room and private dining spaces.
The development is backed by a strong joint venture with established parties Moda, Harrison Street and Apache Capital, providing a high-quality living product to the city.
