We are happy to join JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the development financing of two new Build to Rent properties at Wembley Park in London!
Quintain Limited acquired Wembley Park in 2002 and have since revitalized the area into a truly exciting new neighbourhood for London, a lively living, shopping and leisure area.
Forming the first part of Wembley Park’s North East Lands neighbourhood, the residential buildings will deliver 769 out of the new 2,000 homes planned for the area, as well as local shops, cafés and restaurants overlooking the new 7-acre Union Park.
In addition, we are happy to support the construction of shared ownership, affordable rent and discount market rent apartments.
Wembley Park is very well located to central London (12 minutes) and the City (25 minutes) via the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.
