Financing Co-Living at NIBC

Co-living is attractive to various groups, such as young professionals and students, offering affordable and community-oriented living with shared amenities like laundry facilities and study- and workspaces.

NIBC as a Co-Living lender

Our financing options for co-Living include development finance, construction financing and investment financing to enable co-living investments, with ticket sizes ranging from EUR/GBP 15,000,000 to EUR/GBP 50,000,000 for projects in the Netherlands and through club deals with other banks for projects in Europe. We also provide solutions to refinance investment property.

For existing NIBC clients, if your property is already part of our real estate portfolio, you can access financing for residential property located in the Netherlands starting from EUR 5,000,000.

For smaller-scale residential investment property in the Netherlands suitable for Co-Living, we offer a buy-to-let mortgage through NIBC Vastgoed Hypotheek. This product serves real estate investors with financing needs between EUR 100,000 up to EUR 15,000,000.
