For smaller-scale residential investment property in the Netherlands, intended for senior housing, such as a care villa, we offer a buy-to-let mortgage through NIBC Vastgoed Hypotheek. This product serves real estate investors with financing needs between EUR 100,000 up to EUR 15,000,000.
