NIBC as a PBSA lender
We offer development finance, construction financing and investment financing, with ticket sizes ranging from EUR/GBP 15,000,000 to EUR/GBP 50,000,000 for student accommodation projects in the Netherlands and Europe. We also provide solutions to refinance investment property.
For existing NIBC clients, if your property is already part of our real estate portfolio, you can access financing for residential property located in the Netherlands starting from EUR 5,000,000.
For smaller-scale residential investment property in the Netherlands, intended to accomodate students, we offer a buy-to-let mortgage through NIBC Vastgoed Hypotheek. This product serves real estate investors with financing needs between EUR 100,000 up to EUR 15,000,000.
