Our hotel financing options cover development finance and hotel construction financing for new hotel developments and transformation projects. We also offer investment financing for hotel property investments ranging from EUR 15,000,000 to EUR 50,000,000, as well as solutions to refinance investment property.
For existing NIBC clients, if your property is already part of our real estate portfolio, you can access financing for hotel property located in the Netherlands starting from EUR 5,000,000.
