Revitalizing Nijmegen's Molenpoort shopping centre
MWPO
NIBC provided MWPO with a loan, tailored to the envisioned plans of redeveloping a shopping center in the city centre of Nijmegen.
MWPO intends to redevelop the currently outdated shopping centre into an inner-city, modern and vivid residential area with commercial and leisure space.
NIBC and MWPO have worked together before. For instance with the purchase and development of former V&D building in Groningen.
