We provide development finance and construction financing for new retail developments and transformation projects, as well as investment financing for retail property in the Netherlands. Our financing options range from EUR 10,000,000 to EUR 50,000,000.

We also offer commercial property refinancing for retail property investments, allowing you to refinance investment property with us when needed.

For existing NIBC clients, if your property is already part of our real estate portfolio, you can access financing for retail property located in the Netherlands starting from EUR 5,000,000.
