From vacant to vibrant: An empty office transformation into a sustainable residential complex

Since their first project together in 2016, where an old IBM office building in Amsterdam was transformed into 365 homes, NIBC has distinguished itself with its entrepreneurial and engaged approach. Start of construction

With the start of construction at Laan van NOI in The Hague, ERED and NIBC celebrate the realization of a project that took longer than hoped but is now becoming a reality through joint efforts.
